Ms. Amy Stice is Borrego Solar’s Manager of Policy & Business Development for the Western US. Working out of the Northern California office, Amy works to further develop Borrego Solar’s understanding of the evolving solar subsidy and policy markets of the western states. Her involvement in various solar membership associations and with utility commissions and incentive management agencies helps guide Borrego Solar’s development efforts in new and existing markets. Prior to taking on this role, Amy was Borrego Solar's Incentive Services Manager, working as liaison between customers, project managers and incentive program administrators to ensure projects and customers took full credit of available subsidies. Amy joined Borrego Solar in 2009, with a background in grants management and lobbying on behalf of non-profits and small businesses, as well as business administration and events operations. She has a BA from Whittier College and has completed coursework in UC Berkeley Extension’s Solar Energy Program.
