Mr. Jared Connell was the second member to join Borrego Solar’s East Coast development team in early 2008. As a Senior Project Developer, Jared specializes in working with commercial real estate developers as he understands their unique priorities with regards to tenant attraction rates, retention rates, common area maintenance (CAM) costs, additional revenues, and property values associated with entire property portfolios. He also works with municipalities in the New England region. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, Jared was a sales professional at a local Information Technology consulting firm, helping to drive double digit growth on a year after year basis. Jared has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
