Mr. Jason Tai is the Managing Director of Green Lake Capital, which was formed in 2009 as the developer, financier and owner of power purchase agreement (PPA) projects in connection with Borrego Solar. Jason currently serves as a member of Borrego Solar’s board of directors. From 2002 to 2009, Jason was the President of Johnson Associates Corp, one of the leading luggage and computer bag manufacturers in the world. While at Johnson Associates, Jason managed an operation including 3,000 employees with offices and factories located in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. Prior to that Jason worked for Goldman Sachs’ Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London and Hong Kong after working for Credit Suisse First Boston as an equity research analyst covering China equities. Jason earned his MBA from MIT and received his BA from Connecticut’s Wesleyan University.
