Mr. Loren O’Hara is a Site Superintendent based out of Borrego Solar’s regional headquarters in Oakland, California. As a Site Superintendent, Loren manages large-scale solar energy system construction by coordinating the efforts and needs of his customers, designers, project managers, and subcontractors. Since joining Borrego Solar in 2003, Loren has installed hundreds of solar power installations on homes, colleges, school districts, affordable housing developments, and businesses. Loren is a NABCEP certified PV installer and a certified Journeyman Electrician. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Albany, and was featured on the cover of SolarPro Magazine’s December 09/January 10 issue titled 2010 Grid-Direct String Inverter Guide.
