Mr. Ben Foss-Michaelis currently serves as a Design Engineer for Borrego Solar. Ben is a member of Borrego Solar’s photovoltaic design team, centralized in New England. He’s been designing commercial and municipal solar power installations for several years and joined the Borrego Solar team in early 2010. Ben specializes in designing megawatt-scale distributed generation projects on the west coast; some of which are commercial rooftop installations or ground mounted tracking systems. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and is currently a Massachusetts Engineer in Training (EIT).
