Mr. William Ricco is a Project Developer servicing New England customers out of Borrego Solar’s Lowell, Massachusetts regional headquarters. Bill specializes in developing large-scale ground-mounted solar power installations for private and public-sector clients. He concentrates on identifying large acreage land tracts suitable for fixed-tilt and single-axis tracking solar energy systems, some of which are targeted to contract directly with local utilities. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, Bill was a business development and operations professional who developed wireless telecommunications towers. Bill is a CT and MA attorney. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
