Mr. Charlie Hughes is a Project Manager with Borrego Solar based out of the company’s regional headquarters in Lowell, MA. Charlie works primarily with commercial and municipal customers in the Mid-Atlantic region (Pennsylvania and New Jersey). His primary role is to ensure our customers harness any available State and Federal solar incentives by coordinating the construction of efficient and optimized solar power installations that adhere to Borrego Solar’s strict engineering requirements and guidelines. Charlie brings 30 years of construction experience to the Borrego Solar team, and was an award winning builder of Multi-Family apartment communities.
