California Solar Center - Californiasolarcenter.org is designed to be a prime source of information on solar energy activity in California. Californiasolarcenter.org was created and is currently managed by The Rahus Institute, a 501c3 non-profit organization, working to promote greater use of renewable energy through education, research, program and policy development. California solar center exists only on the internet.

National Energy Education Development Project - The mission of the National Energy Education Development Project is to promote an energy conscious and educated society by creating effective networks of students, educators, business, government and community leaders to design and deliver objective, multi-sided energy education programs.
Solar Schoolhouse - Program that uses the sun as a starting point for teaching about energy resources, conversation, and other energy topics. Has many curriculum resources for schools and hosts live online data for schools grid tied PV systems to evaluate the differences in performance due to geography, weather, application and other factors.
Solar Schools - Consumer Energy Center - A program administered through the CEC that is current closed but awarded a total of $4.5 million to help schools go solar, of which half comes from the Energy Commission's Emerging Renewables Program (ERP) along with a matching amount from the California Attorney General's Alternative Energy Retrofit Account (AGAERA). This funding enabled 31 California schools to purchase and install solar photovoltaic systems.
