Mr. Aaron Hall currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board for Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. Aaron joined Borrego Solar in 2001. As partners, Aaron and Dr. James Rickard incorporated and brought Borrego Solar out of the desert and into the city. Hall's responsibilities have included commercial sales, project management, and Southern California operations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Northwestern University. As a NABCEP certified solar installer, he is passionate about and dedicated to the field of renewable energy and solar power.

Mr. Mike Hall currently serves as CMO and board member for Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. Mike has been with Borrego Solar since 2002. During this time his primary focus has been the sales and marketing of commercial grid-tied solar power systems. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, he worked as a Product Development Engineer for Applied Materials in Santa Clara. Mike holds a MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University California Santa Barbara. Joining Borrego Solar Systems as a partner in 2002, has allowed Mike to work in the renewable energy field, for which he has always had a strong commitment.

Mr. Chris Anderson co-founded the Northern California branch of Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. in 2002 because of his desire to make a strong impact on the world by producing energy through the use of the earth’s natural resources. Chris currently serves as COO for Borrego Solar; he is responsible for the production, maintenance, and execution of all company policies, procedures and installation practices.

Prior to joining Borrego Solar, Chris ran his own consulting business, contracting with several manufacturing companies to coordinate business management, design and engineering services. From 1997 to 2000, Chris was the National Sales Manager for Alfa Lighting, a leading designer and manufacturer of low-voltage lighting fixtures. During his tenure at Alfa Lighting Chris helped grow the company from a small organization handling only local sales to the third largest national low-voltage lighting manufacturer. Chris holds a BAE in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and a C-10 electrician’s license.

Mr. Bradley Hibberd is responsible for the design of code compliant systems, new product research and energy analyses of commercial facilities. Bradley has prior experience in the oil and gas industry as a Mechanical Engineer for Kvaerner Oilfield Products in London, UK. Additional experience includes mechanical design of packaging machinery, and the completion of a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Bradleys’s Master’s research focused on the condensation of an ammonia–water solution in a condenser with application to a power cycle. His research was funded through a scholarship awarded by the Vehicle Fuel Research Unit (VFRU).

Mr. Brendan Neagle has extensive experience in both the solar photovoltaic (PV) industry and as an entrepreneur. His role is to manage Borrego Solar’s geographic expansion, open new markets, and to hire and mentor new Borrego employees. In 2007, Brendan’s enthusiasm for the benefits of solar energy will establish Borrego Solar as a nationally recognized designer and installer of PV systems. Brendan has worked in the solar industry since 2002. Prior to joining Borrego Solar, he was the Manager of Business Development and Sales for a leading designer and installer of solar PV systems in Northern California. Brendan became the VP of Business Development for Borrego Solar Systems in 2006. He holds a BA in American Civilization from Brown University.
