Liz Delaney is Borrego’s Director of Wholesale Market Development. Liz identifies opportunities for Borrego’s solar and storage assets to participate in U.S. wholesale electricity markets and advocates for improvements in market policies where needed. Prior to joining Borrego, Liz was a policy advocate, representing Environmental Defense Fund in the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL), where she also served as the 2019 End User Sector Vice-Chair. Liz has also worked for Harvard University, Earthwatch Institute, and the Eastern Research Group on a variety of initiatives that advanced corporate sustainability, economic policy, and climate science. Liz received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, her masters from George Washington University, and holds a certificate in energy innovation from Stanford University.
